These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the winpak platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on winpak, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and winpak ("we", "us", "the Platform", "winpak") governing all use of the website at winpak.club and any associated products, services, features, and content made available thereon.
1.2 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any services on winpak. Access to, or use of, winpak by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. winpak reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be held by a minor.
1.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing winpak. winpak makes no representations that the use of its services is legal in all locations. Players accessing winpak from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on the basis of their own informed decision and accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
1.4 By clicking "I Agree", completing registration, or placing any bet or wager on winpak, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you have read and accepted these Terms, and that you are not acting under compulsion or on behalf of any third party.
2.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) winpak account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
2.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. winpak will rely on the information you provide; any false or misleading details may result in immediate account suspension.
2.3 KYC Verification. winpak operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpak login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify winpak support immediately via the on-site live chat or by email to [email protected].
3.1 winpak accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Availability of specific payment methods may vary by account type or verification status.
3.2 All funds deposited to your winpak account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. winpak reserves the right to return funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source without processing any associated play.
3.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your winpak account under the Cashier section. winpak targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within two (2) business days; however, processing times are subject to payment provider timelines beyond winpak's control.
3.4 winpak does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party providers, however, may apply their own fees. You are advised to check your payment provider's terms accordingly.
3.5 winpak reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal in excess of PKR 200,000 or where fraud monitoring systems flag a transaction for review.
4.1 All bets and wagers placed on winpak are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each market or game type. Sport-specific and casino-specific rules are available within the relevant sections of the winpak platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4.2 winpak reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on a market that has been incorrectly priced due to a technical error or data feed failure, or where winpak has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, manipulation, or match-fixing involvement. Void bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake value.
4.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the winpak records shall be the definitive reference. If you believe a settlement is incorrect, you must submit a dispute within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be accepted.
4.4 Live in-play betting markets on cricket, PSL fixtures, and other sports are subject to latency between real-world events and platform display. winpak accepts no liability for bets placed by a player based on information already known to be an outcome (e.g., a wicket that has already fallen but not yet reflected in the odds). Such bets may be voided at winpak's discretion.
5.1 Bonuses offered by winpak are subject to individual promotional Terms, including wagering requirements ("rollover"), minimum odds conditions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. The specific Terms of each promotion are displayed at the time of offer and override any general guidance in this section.
5.2 winpak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited and actively wagered in compliance with its Terms.
5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
6.1 winpak is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are required to use the platform responsibly and to make use of the available tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion — if their gambling activity becomes problematic.
6.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through your winpak account settings will be processed within 24 hours. During any active self-exclusion period, winpak will use reasonable technical measures to prevent account access and will not direct marketing communications at the excluded player.
6.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that winpak does not guarantee winnings. You agree to only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. For further guidance, please refer to the Responsible Gaming page.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on winpak and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on winpak — including but not limited to the winpak brand name, logo, software, website design, text, graphics, odds data, and game assets — is the intellectual property of winpak or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, sell, or commercially exploit any content from winpak without prior written consent from winpak's management.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or betting losses resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, or communication errors.
9.2 winpak does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, and third-party service outages may cause temporary unavailability. winpak will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify players of planned downtime in advance.
9.3 winpak's total aggregate liability to any individual player, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 winpak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of winpak after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.2 winpak may close your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, provide false registration information, engage in prohibited activity, or for any other reason determined by winpak's compliance team to be in the interest of platform integrity or regulatory compliance.
10.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting winpak support. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC obligations, provided no Terms violations are found during the final account review.
11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law frameworks under which winpak operates. In the event of a dispute between you and winpak that cannot be resolved through winpak's internal complaints procedure, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
11.2 winpak's internal complaints procedure requires that you first submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. winpak will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to issue a final decision within 28 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the relevant external dispute resolution body.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. These Terms are intended to operate alongside your applicable legal rights, not in derogation of them.
